Zabu Vilayil is a Canadian educator, author, and artist who has spent a lifetime navigating the spaces between cultures, identities, and conflict. He knows what it means to disappear to belong. He knows what it costs to lose yourself trying to fit in.
That lived experience became his work. As a vice-principal, risk specialist, and cross-cultural educator, Zabu helps leaders and communities stop shrinking and start navigating with everything they already are.
He writes for children. He writes for leaders. He makes art. And he believes the spaces between worlds are not problems to escape. They are exactly where the most important growth happens.
